Please note: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchases.
Refunds or exchanges are only available in the case of a faulty item, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@etoni.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
All claims will be assessed, and we reserve the right to inspect and verify the fault before a refund or exchange is approved.
